To install the bike wheel lights, follow these steps: 1. Insert 3 AA batteries (not included) into the battery case and position it inside the wheel spokes, with the back leaning on the spoke. Choose a point where two spokes cross and secure the battery case to it using one cable tie. 2. Use another cable tie to secure the middle of the battery case to the bike spokes, ensuring that it does not interfere with the brake disc or the fork. 3. Thread the light tube through each spoke to surround the wheel. If the lights are longer than one circle, continue winding them forward. 4. Press the button to activate the lights. One press activates the Timer Mode (6 hours on, 18 hours off), two presses activate the continuous light mode, and three presses turn off the lights.
